Hotel Bartz offers a variety of parking options, ensuring that guests' vehicles are safe and secure. Many reviewers appreciate the ample and secure parking lot, which is closed and guarded, providing peace of mind for those traveling with their cars. Despite the hotel's parking services being very good, some guests express concerns about the extra fees associated with it. The parking charges are mentioned frequently, suggesting that while the hotel provides a commodious parking area, there is an additional cost that some guests find regrettable. There are occasional mentions of complications with parking and a need for more clarification regarding overnight security, indicating room for improvement in these areas. Overall, the parking at Hotel Bartz is praised for its security and spaciousness, but the additional fees are a common point of contention among reviewers.

Hotel Pedra Bonita receives a mostly positive reception from guests, notably for its excellent location in downtown, offering easy access to various shops, restaurants, pharmacies and a supermarket. The strategic positioning makes it an ideal and convenient stopover for travelers. Additionally, the private parking facilities, spacious rooms and attentive staff further enhance its appeal, catering well to the needs of its guests.
The breakfast experience at Hotel Pedra Bonita is generally satisfactory, characterized as "very good" and "simple but tasty" by many guests. It offers a variety of items like fruits, juice, yogurt, coffee, milk and cakes, which are adequated for a fulfilling start to the day. Although some guests found the offerings too basic and noted the absence of specific items such as lactose-free milk and fried eggs, the breakfast aligns well with the overall good location and friendly atmosphere of the hotel.
The rooms at Hotel Pedra Bonita are praised for their spaciousness and cleanliness but are noted to be quite basic. While the generous size of the double rooms and the cozy environment are appreciated, amenities are limited. The rooms often lack bedside lamps and minibars and issues such as extremely soft pillows, small and uncomfortable bathrooms and a lack of hot water are mentioned. Despite these shortcomings, the clean and adequate accommodations appeal to guests looking for simple and spacious lodgings.
Cleanliness generally generates a positive reception with many guests praising the hotel's cleanliness and cozy ambiance. Rooms and bathrooms are often highlighted for their cleanliness, complemented by the friendly staff, enhancing the overall experience. However, some guests have noted issues such as musty smells, stained pillows and occasional presence of ants and bugs, suggesting room for improvement in this area.
The standout feature of Hotel Pedra Bonita is its staff, who consistently receive high praise for their friendliness, attentiveness and exceptional service. Guests appreciate the helpful and receptive nature of the team, both at reception and throughout the hotel with the 24-hour reception service ensuring continuous assistance. The staff's polite and cordial manners contribute significantly to a welcoming and enjoyable stay.
Overall, Hotel Pedra Bonita offers a well-rounded experience with a prime location, satisfactory breakfast, spacious and clean rooms and an outstandingly friendly and attentive staff. Improvements in amenities and minor issues in cleanliness could elevate the offerings even further.
