VOI Arenella Resort is celebrated for its exceptional location in southeastern Sicily, offering guests a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. The resort's proximity to Arenella beach and scenic coves of Punta Arenella provides access to stunning seascape views, while its strategic positioning near historic sites such as Syracuse, Noto, and Ragusa makes it an excellent base for exploring the region. Though some areas may show signs of age, the resort compensates with updated interiors and a family-friendly atmosphere rich in services.
Dining experiences at VOI Arenella Resort receive positive feedback, especially for dinner at the Aretusa Restaurant, where guests enjoy authentic Italian dishes paired with quality Sicilian wines. Although some find the breakfast could benefit from more variety, the overall food offering, complemented by attentive service, contributes to a satisfying culinary journey.
Accommodation involves mixed reviews, with many praising the spacious, clean rooms and the staff's friendliness. Although some areas appear outdated, facilities like the gym and bars enhance the stay, alongside the resort's magnificent sea views. Cleanliness is generally positive, with the resort maintaining a spotless environment and large, clean pools that enhance the spacious feel.
The resort staff are acclaimed for their professionalism, friendliness, and eagerness to assist, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. While minor issues in staff enthusiasm and knowledge are noted, their efforts in ensuring a smooth experience significantly uplift guest satisfaction.
The large swimming pools offer different atmospheres suited to varied preferences, contributing to the resort's charm. Despite minor calls for improvement, the pools and adjacent sunbathing amenities provide ample leisure options.
The resort's beach stands out for its natural beauty and variety, offering both sandy and rocky areas to suit guest preferences. Challenges like accessibility and capacity are noted, but the beach's allure is undeniable, providing memorable seaside moments. For families, VOI Arenella Resort excels with dedicated amenities and activities, ensuring a fun and relaxing environment for all ages.
