Hotel Palmyra boasts friendly and accommodating staff who go out of their way to assist guests. The reception is a welcoming and flexible environment and all employees, from cleaners to receptionists, are very kind and helpful. The staff consistently received positive comments for their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness. Alexandra, in particular, stood out for her excellent customer service and suggestions regarding restaurants, beaches, car rentals and more. However, one guest noted that the breakfast staff were not very welcoming or responsive. Nonetheless, the hotel's central location, excellent facilities, amazing gardens and swimming pool, combined with the helpful and friendly service provided by the staff, make Hotel Palmyra an excellent choice for travelers.
