Claridge Hotel offers rooms with basic amenities such as a fridge, TV and good mattresses. The hotel is located in Omonia Square, a great area with many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. Some guests found the rooms to be a bit old-fashioned, though clean. Some bathrooms had issues with a smelly drain, small size and missing shower curtains. Air conditioning and refrigerators were not always reliable. However, some guests appreciated the size of the rooms, the big terrace on the 6th floor and the location - Omonia Square may not be the fanciest area, but it is central and has undergone recent upgrades with terraces, a fountain and police presence. Some guests also experienced issues with bed bugs or dirty rooms, while others encountered problems with broken equipment or payment methods. Overall, guests who had reasonable expectations for a budget hotel generally found Claridge Hotel to be a decent place to stay for a night or two.
