Despite being away from public transportation and supermarkets, the location is still considered great and easily accessible by car. The hotel is also a short 10-minute walk from the Medical Athens center. Overall, the location of Xtina Studio is quiet, peaceful and ideal for those traveling with a car.

While some guests noted a door that did not close properly, the overall experience of staying in this new and well-equipped studio was excellent. Guests appreciated the large corner sofa, new bathroom and smart TV with Netflix.
