The NH Collection Milano CityLife boasts a rooftop pool that has garnered significant attention from its guests. This outdoor swimming haven, perched atop the hotel, is consistently described as clean and beautifully designed, offering stunning panoramic views of Milan. The rooftop bar adjacent to the pool complements the experience, providing a relaxing environment to enjoy a drink while taking in the scenery.
Despite its beauty, some guests feel the pool area is a bit small for the hotel's capacity, often becoming crowded, especially on weekends. The seating and sun loungers around the pool are also limited with many guests highlighting the need for better management of the space to accommodate everyone comfortably. Additionally, the pool's closure at 7 PM is a repeated concern, as many guests wish for extended hours to enjoy the setting in the evening.
The pool is unheated, which can be a drawback during the cooler months when it's often closed. However, in warmer weather, the pool is described as warm and inviting, making it a favored spot for relaxation.
In summary, while the rooftop pool at NH Collection Milano CityLife is a striking feature, providing a luxurious escape with breathtaking views, its limited space and early closing time are aspects that could benefit from improvement.
