iConic Wellness Resort & Spa has received extensive praise for its combination of tranquillity and accessibility, nestled in lush greenery close to Arezzo's city center. Visitors appreciate the serene environment, modern structure and convenience for both urban and outdoor explorations, along with secure parking facilities. Despite some difficulty finding the resort and the need for a car to reach certain destinations, the overall location is highly valued for its balance of quietude and connectivity.
The breakfast offerings at the resort are a significant highlight with guests frequently commending the excellent, abundant and high-quality variety of sweet and savory options. Fresh homemade cakes and pastries are particularly memorable, complemented by a satisfying selection of other breakfast items. Special requests are promptly accommodated, further enhancing the positive dining experience.
Dinner at the resort also garners commendable feedback for its Tuscan dishes and high-quality cuisine, although some guests feel the pricing can be steep. The dining atmosphere receives positive remarks, making it a generally well-regarded aspect despite occasional concerns about value for money.
Rooms at the resort are praised for their modern decor, cleanliness and comfort, though their smaller size and thin walls are noted as drawbacks. The well-maintained and stylishly furnished rooms offer a relaxing atmosphere with attentive staff ensuring guests' needs are well met. The impeccable cleanliness extends throughout the entire resort, contributing to a welcoming and hygienic environment.
Staff members are repeatedly praised for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. The reception team and owners receive specific commendation for their courteous and helpful service, enhancing the overall guest experience.
The free Wi-Fi service, while generally stable, has room for improvement, particularly concerning occasional connectivity issues and limitations with streaming services. The gym, although well-maintained and accessible, could benefit from a greater variety of equipment and the elimination of extra charges for its use.
The pool area is highly rated for its number and size of pools, clean facilities and relaxing ambiance, despite the pools not being heated. The resort's secure, albeit paid, parking facilities receive mixed reviews with some guests appreciating the security and others criticizing the additional cost.
Overall, iConic Wellness Resort & Spa offers a blend of accessibility and tranquillity, an excellent breakfast experience, modern and clean accommodations and exceptional service from staff, making it a top choice for a restful and enjoyable stay.

Hotel Arezzo ASC boasts a well-maintained, beautiful outdoor pool that garners much appreciation from its guests. The pool, described as clean and lovely, provides a safe and enjoyable swimming environment, making it a highlight for visitors during the warmer months. Connected to a sports complex, this wonderful pool offers the additional benefit of shared Olympic swimming facilities in the summer. While the outdoor pool is exclusively seasonal and thus not usable during the winter, it remains a significant attraction when open. The presence of outdoor changing rooms with the option for indoor showers adds to the convenience. Despite being shared with a sports center, the spacious and well-maintained pool area ensures a pleasant experience for all users.
