The rooftop pool at Blaire Executive Suites offers a refreshing escape with some reservations. Though small in size, it serves its purpose for a quick dip or a serene poolside moment. The pool area includes a view, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. However, some guests have noted that the pool could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness. Certain aspects, such as falling tile pieces and cold water, require attention. Additionally, the pool lacks a kids' section or shallow area and noise from the pool can sometimes be a disturbance. For those staying in the executive rooms, the rooftop pool and gym are accessible but may not meet all expectations for a fully satisfying leisure experience.

Vita Tower, situated in the desirable Al Juffair district, is highly praised for its excellent location. The proximity to various must-visit areas, amenities like groceries and restaurants and the tranquil ambiance away from noisy surroundings make it a favorite among visitors. Guests particularly appreciate the convenient access to Al Juffair Mall, Lulu Market and Al Juffair’s renowned restaurant street. The building offers impressive views and comes with practical amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, ample parking and reliable WiFi, all enhancing the overall stay experience.
The rooms at Vita Tower receive mixed reviews with many guests valuing the spacious and comfortable two-story accommodations, which are especially suitable for long stays. These rooms are often well-maintained, clean and comfortable, providing good value for money. However, other reviews indicate inconsistency in quality. Some guests reported broken furniture, worn-out linens and poor bathroom conditions. Inadequate soundproofing and occasional discrepancies between booked rooms and provided accommodations were also noted. Despite these issues, the atmosphere generally suits long-term guests looking for a cozy stay.
Cleanliness appears to be a variable factor with many guests finding the hotel clean, tidy and offering good value for money. The absence of noise and a tranquil environment make it appealing, especially for families. Nonetheless, other guests reported cleanliness issues, including dirt, pests, unpleasant smells in corridors and appliances not functioning properly. Inconsistent housekeeping services were also mentioned with some experiencing problems like skin allergies due to bedding and inadequate cleaning tools.
The staff experience at Vita Tower also shows mixed feedback. Many guests commend the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, appreciating the welcoming atmosphere and efficient check-in and check-out processes. In particular, Filipino receptionists and a staff member named Ella received high praise. Conversely, several guests encountered poor and unprofessional staff behavior, especially at the reception with some finding the treatment unhelpful and occasionally confrontational.
The comfort of the beds is another area with mixed feedback. While a few guests found the mattresses ideally comfortable, many others reported dissatisfaction with old and worn-out beds, mattresses either too hard or small despite being labeled as king-size and overall discomfort leading to back pain. Issues with dusty beds, noisy and creaky frames, thin hard pillows and inadequate changes of bed linens, particularly in smoking rooms, were also highlighted.
In summary, Vita Tower enjoys a prime location with favorable amenities and spacious accommodations conducive to long-term stays. However, inconsistencies in room quality, cleanliness, staff service and bed comfort suggest areas needing improvement to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

Farhan Tower offers a variety of swimming facilities with a notable selection of four pools, including separate ones for women and children, making it suitable for families. Guests appreciate the pool on the 4th floor, which boasts a view of Manama, and the overall beauty of the facilities. The presence of multiple pools caters to both children and adults, adding to the property's appeal. Despite some guests commenting positively on the overall cleanliness and appropriateness of the pools, others highlight issues such as the water's saltiness and occasional cloudiness. More critical observations include concerns about water cleanliness and maintenance, with some mentioning that the filters need to be activated and a lack of shade under the intense sun. Additionally, the absence of pool heating impacts usability during cooler times, and supervision for children is noted as lacking. While the amenities like the health club complement the pool experiences, some visitors suggest improvements in maintenance for a more consistent and enjoyable swim.
