Oryx Tower offers a mixed hospitality experience, distinguished by its strategic location and exceptional staff. Positioned conveniently near major shopping malls and a variety of services, it provides easy access to amenities, making it a favored choice for pragmatic travelers. The peaceful surroundings, proximity to the city center, and reasonable pricing further enhance its appeal. Guests highlight the hotel's swimming pool and spacious apartments as positive aspects contributing to a relaxing stay. The staff's friendly and attentive nature consistently earns praise, significantly enhancing the guest experience and contributing to a welcoming environment.

However, the hotel exhibits several areas in need of improvement. The accommodations are notably dated, with signs of wear in both the building and furnishings. Many guests have expressed concerns regarding cleanliness, citing unpleasant odors, dirty furniture, and issues with basic amenities in bathrooms. The need for renovation is frequently noted to modernize facilities and address hygiene concerns, including aged and uncomfortable bedding.

Despite these challenges, Oryx Tower remains a satisfactory option for solo travelers and workers, primarily due to its convenient location and excellent service. While it might not be the ideal choice for families seeking modern amenities, it manages to provide fundamental comforts and a warm, accommodating ambiance.
