The butler service, especially Linus, is outstanding and the nicest staff ever experienced at any resort. They are friendly, attentive and go above and beyond in every interaction. Although some guests experienced minor issues with disorganization and unfriendly staff on the first day, the butlers were always helpful and attentive. Overall, the staff at Sugar Beach is praised for their unbelievable customer service.
