However, some guests experienced no hot water one morning and a few others were disappointed to find out that the bar facilities were not open during their stay. Also, some guests noted that they would have appreciated extra touches such as robes and a fridge. Nonetheless, guests had a great stay overall and would happily return on their next visit. The hotel is very good and the exemplary staff in all parts of the hotel make it a superb option.
