Four Seasons Baltimore is a hotel that offers a fantastic position on East Harbor, making it easy to access Inner Harbor, Fells Point and highways such as 83 and JFX. The location is perfect as it is situated in the heart of Inner Harbor, allowing guests to enjoy nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. Staff and service are exceptional, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also located by the waterfront, providing stunning views of the water. Although some restaurants have been closed due to COVID-19, the hotel is still within walking distance of many restaurants nearby. Overall, Four Seasons Baltimore is a perfect choice for those looking for a great location in Baltimore.

Guests have noted that everyone, both inside and outside the property are friendly. The front desk and rooftop bar staff are especially helpful and friendly. Although service was slow at times, the attentiveness and professionalism of the rest of the staff more than made up for it. The JP manager was noted to be awesome and the bellhops were polite and helpful. The staff here truly took care of their guests and their level of service was exceptional. Guests even noted the fun staff and great drinks and service at the hotel. Overall, the staff at Four Seasons Baltimore is great and helps make your stay even better.
