T SQUARE HOTEL in Ipoh is highly regarded for its strategic location, particularly for those aiming to explore the town area or visit the nearby AEON Mall. Its position offers convenient access to a variety of restaurants and stores while also providing a quieter environment due to its slight detachment from the main road. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center and major attractions, requiring a car for easier mobility, it compensates with its serene setting near essential amenities.
The hotel’s rooms are frequently praised for their modern, clean and comfortable ambiance. Many guests appreciate the spaciousness and newly renovated feel. Despite some reports of smaller rooms lacking windows and occasional issues like cigarette smells or noise near the lift, the cleanliness and modern amenities generally ensure a positive experience. It’s worth noting that travelers might encounter limited space for praying and a lack of prayer mats.
Cleanliness is a standout quality at T SQUARE HOTEL with guests commending its neat and well-maintained facilities. Both general areas and individual rooms, including bathrooms, are described as spotless and inviting. While minor issues like a stained kettle or wet toilet at check-in occasionally arise, the overall cleanliness remains impressive and contributes to the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere.
The staff at T SQUARE HOTEL receive consistent praise for their friendliness and exceptional service. Both reception and cleaning staff are noted for their helpfulness, politeness and positive attitudes, enhancing the overall guest experience with their warm demeanor and responsiveness.
Lastly, the beds at T SQUARE HOTEL are generally found to be big and comfortable. However, opinions on the pillows are mixed; while many guests find them adequately soft, some feel they lack support, leading to neck pain and the need to double up pillows for comfort. Despite this, the overall impression of the beds is positive, adding to the comfort of the stay.
