Summary of reviews related to the 'Spa' category
Summarized by AI
The Morning Dew Boutique Hotel in Ella offers an on-site spa that provides guests with the convenience of enjoying spa facilities without leaving the hotel premises. Guests have praised the professional and friendly staff, noting their niceness and proficiency. Such positive interactions have been highlighted by visitors who experienced deep relaxation and a significant reduction in tiredness after their spa treatments.
However, opinions on the quality of the spa services seem mixed. While some guests found the spa very good, others faced dissatisfaction due to issues like cleanliness with concerns about unclean towels and sheets and an unpleasant odor of old oil. There was also feedback about inadequate massage quality, indicating a lack of basic massage techniques.
Overall, despite some areas requiring improvement, the provision of spa services at Morning Dew Boutique Hotel is appreciated for its convenience and the professionalism of its staff. Nonetheless, the spa may not be the standout feature of this otherwise highly praised hotel in Ella.
