Diggi Palace, located in the heart of Jaipur, is celebrated for its remarkable blend of heritage charm and central convenience, providing guests with a tranquil oasis amid city life. The property's expansive gardens and serene atmosphere, accentuated by roaming peacocks, offer a picturesque retreat, allowing easy access to major attractions in the Pink City via short tuk-tuk rides. Guests find the rooms spacious and clean, exuding an old-world charm with vibrant interiors and French doors leading to terraces, enhancing the architectural allure.
While breakfast at Diggi Palace receives mixed reviews, it is often praised for its delicious offerings and Indian specialties, despite some remarks about variety and pricing. The dinner experience stands out with diverse menus across two on-site restaurants, showcasing European, Chinese, and Indian cuisines. The attentive and friendly staff further elevate the guest experience, praised for their dedication and helpfulness, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay. Although there are occasional mentions of room wear, temperature control issues, and inconsistent Wi-Fi, these are overshadowed by the exceptional cleanliness, delightful culinary experiences, and superb bedding comfort, which contribute to a restful and memorable visit. Nestled amidst the scenic hills of Jaipur, the pool at Taj Amer offers a pristine retreat for travelers seeking a blend of luxury and relaxation. This rooftop infinity pool is a true piece of art, boasting breathtaking views that make it a favored spot. Visitors appreciate the cleanliness and serenity of the pool area, which complements the comfortable seating arrangements perfectly. However, the pool is unheated, leading to occasional challenges due to lower temperatures, and the service at the infinity pool could be more efficient. Despite these minor setbacks, the pool experience remains a highlight, with its stunning vantage point and tranquil ambiance. A slight increase in the pool area's spaciousness and some form of daytime coverage could enhance the experience further. Overall, the pool at Taj Amer is a remarkable setting for those looking to unwind amid serene surroundings.
