At Garner Hotel Battle Creek South by IHG, the pool and hot tub experiences are decidedly mixed according to guest feedback. Many visitors appreciated moments of relaxation, describing both the pool and hot tub as wonderful, warm, and enjoyable. Some guests highlighted the indoor pool as a notable feature, appreciating its cleanliness and the inviting temperature of the water. Others emphasized the enjoyment found in the jacuzzi as a highlight of their stay.
However, not all impressions were positive. A number of guests encountered issues such as cold temperatures, dirt, and maintenance problems affecting both the pool and hot tub. Reports of non-functioning facilities, dirt at the bottom, and inadequate maintenance were noted by several reviewers. Despite these challenges, when operational and well-maintained, these amenities seemed to provide a welcomed retreat for those looking to unwind.
