Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Lifestyle Laghetto Collection has established itself as a top-tier accommodation in the heart of Barra da Tijuca, specifically in Jardim Oceânico. The hotel offers a prime beachfront location with surreal views and easy access to the beach, ideal for sunbathers and beachgoers. Guests enjoy the strategic proximity to shopping malls, prominent restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies, all within a safe and quiet vicinity perfect for leisurely strolls and family outings. The hotel's modern architecture, cozy ambiance and excellent customer service, featuring friendly and attentive staff, enhance the overall comfort and convenience of visitors.
The breakfast service stands out with an extensive, colorful and delicious buffet featuring fresh fruits, pastries, cold cuts, yogurts and options like tapioca and omelettes. Guests appreciate the late morning availability and the serene ambiance with ocean views. Despite some minor criticisms regarding variety and restocking, the quality and attentive staff contribute to high ratings for the breakfast experience.
Dinner experiences are generally positive with good, abundant and well-prepared food, though some guests find the kitchen slow and menu options limited. The proximity to excellent local restaurants adds convenience for diverse dining options. Rooms at the hotel balance modern aesthetics with comfort, offering stunning views, luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and modern amenities like Nespresso machines. Cleanliness is generally praised, although there are occasional maintenance issues and concerns about the condition of linens and towels.
The staff is frequently highlighted for their exceptional service, friendliness and helpfulness with specific employees like Joel, Vinicius, Leonardo, Nicolly, Mr. Renato and Rivaldo receiving special commendations. The free Wi-Fi service is lauded for good speeds in common areas, though room-specific connectivity can be an issue.
The pool area is aesthetically pleasing with superb views and well-maintained facilities, although the unheated water and occasional maintenance issues are noted drawbacks. The accessible, stunning beachfront location with lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels further enhances guest experiences, despite some equipment concerns and occasional cleanliness issues.
Parking receives mixed reviews with valet service seen as a positive aspect, but limited spaces, high costs and inconvenient access pose challenges for some guests. Family-friendly activities and amenities, including a skate park, football and spacious family areas, make the hotel a suitable destination for families, ensuring all members, including pets, are well taken care of.
Overall, Lifestyle Laghetto Collection is highly recommended for its prime location, modern amenities, exceptional service and family-friendly facilities, though attention to maintenance and some service aspects could further elevate the guest experience.
