Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa is a charming woodland retreat that offers guests a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, especially for nature lovers and those flying in or out of Leeds airport. The breakfast and dinner experience received mixed reviews with some praising the quality of the food and service, while others found it lacking. There were mixed reports about the cleanliness of the property as well with some noting that it required more attention. However, the staff were one of the hotel's most significant assets with many guests praising their kindness, professionalism and helpfulness. The spa facilities and pool received mixed reviews with some guests loving them, while others found them to be outdated and in need of renovation. The Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa is suitable for families, but guests with mobility issues should be cautious. The bedrooms received mixed reviews, as some found the beds comfortable, while others felt that they were too old fashioned and in need of modernisation. Ultimately, while some guests were underwhelmed by the hotel and its facilities, it could still be a decent place to stay for those who need to be in the area.
