Summarized by AI
The Grand Coastal Hotel in Guyana is widely appreciated for its convenient location with easy access to the airport and nearby facilities. The rooms are particularly spacious, though some guests found them dated and the glass panels could make it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Cleanliness has been praised, particularly in the renovated rooms which are also a great value for money. The hotel staff are generally described as friendly and helpful with particular praise given to the front desk receptionists and restaurant servers. The management team was also appreciated for accommodating guests' requests. While some guests experienced poor service from a few of the staff members, most guests enjoyed the generalized teamwork and exceptional customer service from most staff.
