Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Fazenda Monte Castelo boasts a variety of pools that receive mixed feedback from guests. The pool area is generally appreciated for its cleanliness and pleasant setting, often described as beautiful. It features multiple pools, including a thermal swimming pool and a heated pool, the availability of which is considered a positive aspect for many.
However, there are some consistent issues noted by guests. The temperature of the pools, especially those advertised as heated, often falls short of expectations with frequent mentions of cold water. This issue is compounded by reports of the heated pool not functioning properly. Additionally, some guests have expressed concerns over the murkiness and dirt in the pool water, detracting from the overall experience.
Other noteworthy comments include the absence of lifeguards, limited pool services that end early in the afternoon and subpar poolside amenities. Despite these drawbacks, the pool area still offers enjoyable moments, especially for families with children who can take advantage of the pool and other kids' activities. However, there is room for improvement to ensure a consistently satisfying experience for all visitors.
