The pool at the Long Creek Hotel has received mixed feedback from guests. On the positive side, many families have noted that their kids loved the pool and several reviewers have described both the pool and hot tub as very nice and well-maintained. Guests appreciated that the pool area was clean and warm, adding to the overall enjoyment of their stay. The convenience of having the pool and hot tub on-site, along with the hotel's pet-friendly policy and good breakfast options, contributed to a pleasant experience for many.
However, there were also some significant drawbacks mentioned. A few guests reported that the pool area was sometimes dirty with trash and wet towels left around and described the area as very disgusting with mold and rust. One review specifically pointed out that the jacuzzi was not always functional and another found the pool area to be cold and uninviting.
In summary, while many found the pool and hot tub to be a highlight of their stay, the maintenance and cleanliness of the area could benefit from more consistent attention to meet all guests' expectations.

Spark by Hilton Portland Airport Maine Mall offers a pool experience that has garnered mixed reviews from guests. While some visitors found the pool enjoyable and appreciated the added bonus of a breakfast service, others had concerns about the temperature of the water. Despite claims of the pool being heated, several guests reported that it was often quite cold, making it less ideal for a comfortable swim. The indoor pool is small, which may not suit those looking for a spacious swimming area but can be a fun spot for kids to splash around. However, some guests noted issues with the pool's appearance not matching advertised pictures and poorly executed renovations, impacting overall satisfaction. Despite these drawbacks, the pool seems to fulfill its basic purpose for many guests, providing a functional space to relax and unwind.
