The pool at the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center elicits a mixed range of feedback from guests. On the positive side, many appreciated the cleanliness of the swimming area, noting that kids particularly enjoyed playing there. Guests found the indoor pool to be a comfortable size and attached to a patio area, enhancing the experience. Some families highlighted their children's love for the pool, referring to it as nice and appropriate for their needs.
However, several issues were frequently mentioned. A significant number of guests remarked on the over-chlorination with the strong smell of chlorine being noticeable. The temperature of the pool was a common complaint with many describing it as cold, making it uncomfortable for swimming. Additionally, there were concerns about the pool's general maintenance, including the presence of ants and occasional issues with cleanliness. Overcrowding was another problem, particularly with unsupervised children and large groups creating a busy environment. Some guests reported that the pool was closed unexpectedly, which was disappointing during their stay.
In summary, while the pool offers delightful experiences for many, there are notable areas for improvement in terms of temperature regulation, cleanliness and overall maintenance.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool and hot tub at Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa receive mixed feedback. Guests frequently praise the area as relaxing, unique and featuring a particularly appealing design with beautiful views towards the parks. The outdoor pools offer a pleasant atmosphere, particularly in warm weather and are often described as clean and nice. The availability of several hot water pools is also appreciated. However, a number of issues have been reported, including uncleanliness, maintenance problems like broken tiles, peeling plaster and algae. The outdoor pool is not heated as previously advertised, leading to less comfort outside summer months. Some guests found the pool area slippery, posing a hazard, while others were disappointed by the pool closures and the disrepair of the hot tub. Despite these concerns, the overall sentiment highlights the pool and hot tub as valued features of the hotel, when properly maintained.
