Zodiacus Residence in Bari enjoys high praise for its prime, central location, allowing easy access to key destinations such as the train station, old town, shopping streets and various cafes, bars and restaurants. Guests benefit from its strategic placement between the historic charm and modern amenities of Bari, making it convenient for tourists, shoppers and food enthusiasts alike. Despite the lack of an in-house breakfast, nearby cafes and partnerships with local bars offer ample, appealing breakfast options.
The residence is lauded for its immaculate, spacious and well-maintained rooms, equipped with kitchenettes ideal for extended stays. While some furnishings may show signs of age and minor issues like noise and limited natural light in certain rooms are noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive. The rooms, often featuring charming decor and high ceilings, contribute to a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.
Exceptional cleanliness is a hallmark of Zodiacus Residence with rooms and facilities consistently described as spotless and well-maintained by a diligent housekeeping team. Daily cleaning and regular towel changes further enhance the comfort of the stay.
The staff receives significant acclaim for their friendliness, efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. Described as warm, helpful and multilingual, the team, especially Valentina and Massimo, are noted for their attentiveness and personalized care, making guests feel welcome and well-cared for throughout their stay.
However, the Wi-Fi service has room for improvement with many guests experiencing weak signals and intermittent connectivity. Despite this, the excellent central location offers a vibrant nightlife, though some visitors may find the street and bar noise late at night disruptive.
The comfort of the beds and high-quality bedding is another highlight, often resulting in a restful night's sleep for guests. Minor complaints about bed size or pillow hardness do exist, but the general consensus is positive with many appreciating the cozy sleeping arrangements.
Overall, Zodiacus Residence stands out for its superb location, cleanliness, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations, making it a favored choice for travelers seeking convenience and a homely stay in Bari.
