Hotel Pousada Natural offers an ideal retreat for guests seeking a balance between convenience and tranquility. Its prime location, near city center yet nestled in a calm, wooded area, allows easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions, while providing a peaceful escape from the city's hustle.
The hotel excels in cleanliness, consistently receiving high marks across rooms, bathrooms, pools and garden areas. Guests appreciate the well-maintained facilities and daily cleaning services, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment. The attentive and friendly staff enhance this experience, known for their exceptional service and willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
Breakfast at Hotel Pousada Natural is frequently highlighted as a major plus. The selection of fresh, tasty options, including vegan choices and the pleasant dining atmosphere, often by the pool, leave favorable impressions on guests. While dinner services are not available, requiring guests to seek food offsite after 5:30 pm, breakfast remains a standout feature.
Room accommodations receive positive reviews for their spaciousness, clean and comfortable conditions and tasteful decor. Amenities such as mini-bars and good showers add to the pleasant stay, though some guests noted areas for improvement, like better sound insulation and more consistent maintenance of furnishings and air conditioning units.
The hotel's pool facilities are highly praised, notably the beautiful outdoor area and the variety of pools including heated options. Despite occasional minor issues, most guests find the pool areas delightful and well-suited for relaxation.
While Wi-Fi can be reliably used in common areas, connectivity issues in rooms are a common complaint, suggesting a need for better internet service throughout the hotel. The spa and gym receive mixed reviews with guests enjoying quality massages in the spa, but noting room for improvement in availability and the basic gym facilities.
Families find the hotel welcoming with dedicated amenities for kids such as games and a swimming pool. However, some rooms can feel cramped for families of four and leisure options for children could be expanded.
Parking is generally convenient and secure, though it can become crowded during peak times. Overall, Hotel Pousada Natural's combination of excellent location, cleanliness, friendly staff and quality breakfast contribute to its appeal, making it a commendable choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and accessibility.
