The pool at Ferien Residenz Thüringer Wald offers a variety of amenities that guests find appealing. The indoor pool stands out as a great highlight, providing an enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages, especially children. The pool area, complemented by a bar, is described as clean and well-maintained, enhancing the overall wellness experience of the hotel. The inclusion of a sauna alongside the swimming pool rounds out a relaxing experience, allowing guests to unwind fully.
Despite its praises, a few guests noted that the water temperature in the pool could be warmer, as some felt it was too cold. Functionality is another strong point, with both the pool and sauna available and operational at the specified times, ensuring guests have access whenever desired. Lastly, while the wellness area is wonderful for relaxing, some guests experienced disturbances from noise outside the hotel during adverse weather conditions, which could be a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay.
