Although the outdoor swimming pool was closed during our visit, the indoor swimming pool was reasonable and enjoyable. The pool was mentioned positively multiple times with guests describing it as lovely, amazing and warm and clean. Families with children were particularly fond of the pool, as the kids loved it and found it fun to use. However, some guests found the indoor pool to be disappointingly small with a shower area that was reminiscent of outdated ones from the 60s. Despite this, the indoor pool was still considered a treat by others. Some guests also noted that the outdoor pool was closed during their visit or that they were disappointed to find it shut after thinking they would have access to it. Overall, the Passford House Hotel's pool was a nice touch with both indoor and outdoor options available.
