In terms of cleanliness, the experience of guests varies. On the positive side, some visitors have found the rooms well-presented and quiet, with notable praise for the efforts of housekeeping staff like Alvin, who is recognized for maintaining cleanliness and providing friendly service. However, a number of reviews emphasize the need for improvement in cleanliness management, citing issues such as significant dirt and grime, wood damage, and the presence of pests like roaches.
