Families with children participating in baseball tournaments appreciated the hotel's location, which is also surrounded by a bustling shopping area with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Although there is no continental breakfast available, guests who opt for the in-house breakfast buffet or the restaurant breakfast seem to be pleased with their options, though some guests mention wishing there were more options or that breakfast should have been included in the room rate. It's important to note that the hotel's dinner experience has mixed reviews from guests with some finding the food to be terrible and dissatisfied with how it was prepared, while others thought the restaurant had great food served by a terrific wait staff. For those looking for clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, the queen suites with separate living areas provide the perfect solution. The hotel is generally well-kept and modern and the staff is amazing and friendly with multiple guests praising the desk clerks for their excellent customer service. Finally, while some guests did have a few complaints about the beds, others found the rooms to be great and very comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, making the Holiday Inn Cincinnati North West Chester a great choice for a nice and affordable stay.
