The GH Palazzo Suite & SPA offers a mixed pool experience that's highlighted by its rooftop pool. This pool, though small and often crowded, provides superb views and serves as a pleasant spot for relaxation. Guests consistently commend the rooftop pool for its beautiful and impressive atmosphere, though its size limits swimming to more of a cooling dip or plunge. The pool area overall could benefit from renovation with some visitors noting issues like an outdated look, cleanliness concerns and cold water temperatures. Despite these drawbacks, the addition of the spa facilities elevates the leisure experience, offering a relaxing alternative to the pool.
