Hidden Lake Hotel & Apartments features a spa that guests find to be a blissful retreat, contributing a significant sense of pampering to their stay. Many guests loved the spa room and appreciated the excellent spa facilities available, including a hot tub that provided a relaxing experience. For an even more special occasion, booking an evening soak in the spa is highly recommended and found to be worthwhile.
However, it is noted that some visitors encountered issues with the spa, such as jets not working and the absence of towels. While these issues did affect some experiences, the overall consensus highlights that the spa is a great additional facility, making the hotel stay more enjoyable.
