Terrabella Apart -dos piscinas- is highly praised for its picturesque location in a secure neighborhood that offers convenient access to a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants in Mendoza. Its strategic position near major routes allows easy navigation to local attractions. The property's welcoming environment, pet-friendly policies, and private parking add to its appeal. Guests frequently commend the cleanliness and excellent amenities, including spacious apartments with super comfortable beds, family-friendly pools, and a supportive staff known for their exceptional service, led by standout employee Jessi.
The breakfast service receives mixed feedback; while many find it simple yet sufficient, there is a call for more variety and better-quality offerings. Some guests also suggested extending breakfast hours to accommodate those who prefer sleeping in. The rooms are noted for their spaciousness and comfort, although the absence of air conditioning and occasional maintenance issues need addressing. Cleanliness is generally satisfactory, but some inconsistency in the cleaning service has been noted, indicating room for improvement.
The pool, while considered small by some, is seen as a pleasant addition, especially for families with young children. Its satisfactory cleanliness and the safe complex for kids' play enhance the family-friendly aspect. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as occasional maintenance problems in the showers, the overall experience at Terrabella Apart remains positive, fostering guest loyalty and a desire to return. The combination of a strategic location, comfortable accommodations, and dedicated staff makes it a recommendable choice for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience.

Hotel Dalai garners positive feedback across various categories, impressing guests with its amenities and service. While the location, situated relatively close to the airport, offers convenience for air travelers, it is noted that the hotel is distanced from downtown Mendoza and the surrounding area can be less than inviting. Despite this, the hotel itself is set in a beautiful environment, although navigating the area may pose challenges, particularly at night.
The breakfast at Hotel Dalai is widely appreciated for its quality with many guests enjoying the food and noting the delightful pastries. However, feedback suggests a need for increased variety with calls for more fruits and a broader selection of bread. The breakfast service, which is staff-served rather than self-service, has been received positively, though some guests believe more servers would enhance the experience.
The rooms at Hotel Dalai are a major highlight with consistent praise for their spaciousness, modernity and cleanliness. Guests find the accommodations highly comfortable, appreciating the state-of-the-art facilities and tasteful decor. Though a few rooms facing the street experience noise disturbances, the general consensus affirms the superior quality and comfort of the rooms.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with the hotel maintaining immaculate conditions throughout. Guests commend the high hygiene standards and well-organized spaces, noting the overall pristine environment that enhances their stay.
The staff at Hotel Dalai receives significant acclaim for their warmth, attentiveness and professionalism. Guests repeatedly highlight the friendly and helpful nature of the team, mentioning individuals like Jessica, Julieta, Pablo, Franco and Mairam for their exemplary service. The staff’s dedication to guest comfort and security contributes greatly to the positive atmosphere of the hotel.
Parking at the hotel is another advantage with multiple secure options including covered lots providing peace of mind for guests. The convenience of parking next to one’s room is particularly appreciated, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process.
Lastly, the comfort of the beds at Hotel Dalai is frequently mentioned as a key element of guest satisfaction. The high-quality mattresses and pillows are praised for providing excellent rest, further enhancing the overall positive experience at the hotel.
Overall, Hotel Dalai delivers a highly comfortable and pleasant stay with its excellent service, clean and spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities, despite some minor drawbacks related to location and breakfast variety.
