Nuovo Mondo boasts an outdoor pool that, while appreciated by many guests for its charm and relaxing ambiance, shows a mixed bag of impressions. Several guests found the pool area lovely and appreciated the pool's substantial size and unique 80s style. Some were pleased with the convenience of the location, including easy parking, adding to their overall positive experience. The pool's proximity and set-apart design from the main building also offered a tranquil spot for relaxation, with some visitors expressing that their children had a particularly enjoyable time.
However, there are clear indications that the pool area suffers from maintenance issues. Reports highlight the pool's shallow and icy water, its cleanliness problems, including water containing debris like pine needles, and being semi-empty due to temporary technical issues. A noticeable number of comments underline that the pool appears tired and outdated, with suggestions for a general renovation to enhance accessibility and functionality. Additionally, some guests faced disappointment with the pool being out of service or not available during their visit without prior notification.
Despite its shortcomings, the pool remains a valued feature for guests who manage to experience it when in proper condition. With targeted improvements and consistent upkeep, it has the potential to become an even more attractive and enjoyable aspect of a stay at Nuovo Mondo.
