Studio Boa Viagem has garnered positive feedback primarily for its prime location and staff service. The property is strategically situated near various amenities, including the beach, shopping malls, parks and diverse dining options, making it an attractive choice for tourists and travelers. Guests particularly appreciate its proximity to the airport, adding to its convenience for those in transit. Additionally, the staff's friendliness and the efficient communication, especially via WhatsApp, contribute significantly to the positive guest experience. Many guests highlight the staff's attentiveness and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction, enhancing the overall stay.
However, there are several areas requiring improvement. The rooms have been criticized for their poor structure and lack of maintenance with issues such as weak showers, malfunctioning air conditioning and strong odors. The comfort of the beds is another notable concern with numerous complaints about hard and dirty mattresses, mold and the combination of two single mattresses instead of a proper double bed. Cleanliness remains inconsistent with some guests praising clean and organized spaces, while others reported dirt, mold and deteriorated furniture and linens.
Despite these drawbacks, the property's cost-effectiveness and accessibility, along with the friendly staff, make it a practical option for those looking to explore the Boa Viagem area. With focused enhancements on room conditions, cleanliness and bedding, Studio Boa Viagem has the potential to significantly elevate its guest satisfaction.
