The outdoor pool at Hampton By Hilton Montevideo Carrasco has received mixed feedback from guests. Many praised its beauty, especially the picturesque views of the lake, creating a serene and enjoyable setting for relaxation. The pool area is clean, pleasant and well-located, making it an appealing feature of the hotel, particularly during summer months when it is available for use. The infinity pool design and the surrounding facilities have also been highlighted positively, contributing to a generally favorable impression.
However, several guests found the pool's temperature to be uncomfortably cold, particularly in winter and noted that it is not heated. This often made the pool uninviting and unusable during colder seasons. Some visitors were also disappointed by the limited hours and occasional closures for construction or maintenance. Additionally, safety concerns were raised due to loose wood around the pool area.
Despite these drawbacks, the pool remains a valued amenity for its aesthetic appeal and the views it offers, although some enhancements such as heating could potentially improve the overall guest experience.

The pool at Hotel Bahamas garners mixed feedback from its guests with frequent mentions of its small size and cool temperatures. Despite its compact nature, the pool offers a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean, especially from its location on the rooftop terrace. Some guests find the pool area to be clean and well-maintained, enhancing their overall experience with its scenic outlook and solarium.
Nevertheless, the pool's shallow depth, described by some as more of a decorative mirror of water than a functional swimming pool, leaves others disappointed. While the pool is notably not heated, making it less inviting, the surrounding area remains attractive for relaxation with its clean outdoor rest areas. The pool’s minimalistic nature and limited size make it less ideal for swimming, but it stands out for its impeccable views and pleasant upper area setting. Overall, the pool at Hotel Bahamas may appeal more to those seeking a spot to unwind with stunning vistas rather than those looking for a traditional swimming experience.
