Carrollton Hotel has received mostly positive reviews from guests. While the breakfast received mixed reviews with some guests disappointed with the selection and quality, others found it to be good and more than they expected for a "grab and go" option. The recently renovated rooms were praised for being clean, fresh, sizable and comfortable, although some guests experienced small bathrooms, hard mattresses or rooms that were too hot and stuffy. The hotel's cleanliness was consistently praised with guests describing it as fresh and sizable and the staff was exceptional in their friendliness and helpfulness. The beds were generally comfortable, although some guests found them to be a little hard. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay at Carrollton Hotel and would choose to stay there again due to the clean and fresh environment and their excellent introduction to the charming town of Carroll.
