The Sense Experience Resort - Preferred Hotels & Resorts offers a noteworthy pool experience that has garnered mixed feedback from guests. Positively highlighted are the pool's size and the consistently pleasant water temperature with several reviews praising it as large, heated and well-equipped. Guests also appreciate the availability of towels both at the pool and beach, adding to the convenience of their stay.
However, there are concerns about the pool's location, noting it is positioned in a far corner of the resort which some find inconvenient. The cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area have also been points of contention with a proportion of guests mentioning it appeared unkempt and dirty. Additionally, some visitors feel the pool area is too crowded and that the facility doesn't quite match up to the high standards observed in other parts of the hotel.
Despite these drawbacks, the resort's adjacent private beach, complete with sunbeds and facilities like free pedal boats and canoes, often offsets any pool-related disappointments, creating an overall pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for visitors.
