In addition to the beautiful yard, the hotel offers a large outdoor sitting area where guests can soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. All the facilities are well-maintained and sparkling clean and the water temperature in the pool is spot on. Although the pool is not available during wintertime, the hot tub is accessible all year round. Visitors at the Comfort Suites Wenatchee Leavenworth had varied experiences with the hotel's pool and hot tub facilities. Many appreciated the option of having an indoor pool available during the winter season, along with the welcoming opening hours starting from 8 am. A number of families found the pool especially perfect for kids, and enjoyed swimming there regularly. The hot tub also received praise for its warmth and relaxing atmosphere, although some noted it could be just over warm.
The pool and hot tub were generally considered clean and nice, enhancing the overall experience. Some guests appreciated the system allowing individual or family units 30 minutes of isolated pool and hot tub time, which added a sense of privacy to their stay. However, there were mentions of the pool being small and at times crowded, with a consistently cold temperature and, on occasion, a strong bleach odor. Despite these issues, the positive experience with the clean amenities and there being a hot tub to enjoy alongside the pool seemed to overshadow the less favorable aspects for many visitors.
