Infinito Hotel stands out primarily due to its exceptional location in the vibrant Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Guests appreciate its convenient proximity to major attractions like the Japanese Garden, the Botanical Park and Plaza Italia, as well as its accessibility to public transportation and Aeroparque Jorge Newbery airport. The location strikes a perfect balance between the bustling city life and the peace of a residential area with numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
The staff consistently receives high praise for their friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness, which significantly enhances the guest experience. Names like Santi and Ingrid are often mentioned for their exceptional service and personal touch. Although there are occasional mentions of unhelpful interactions, the majority of reviews underscore the staff’s commitment to making stays comfortable and enjoyable.
Room feedback is varied; while the modern, minimalist decor and cleanliness are appreciated, many guests find the spaces small, particularly the bathrooms. Despite size constraints, the rooms are often described as comfortable and functional, making them suitable for short stays. However, noise and occasional maintenance issues can detract from the overall experience.
Breakfast at Infinito Hotel receives mixed feedback. Many guests enjoy the variety and quality of the offerings, noting tasty options and the inclusion of dietary accommodations. However, some visitors find the breakfast basic or poorly organized with issues like insufficient replenishment and long waiting times for seating. Overall, while the breakfast is generally well-received, consistency and organization are areas for improvement.
Cleanliness generally trends toward the positive with many guests highlighting clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Yet, there are criticisms regarding mold, humidity and occasional lapses in thoroughness, suggesting a need for more consistent cleaning standards.
The hotel’s amenities, including the spa, receive predominantly positive reviews. Guests particularly enjoy the jacuzzi and outdoor sauna, though there are occasional criticisms such as less-than-ideal cleaning and functionality issues. These facilities are seen as adding considerable value to the overall stay.
Wi-Fi connectivity is a notable weak point with many guests experiencing poor connections in their rooms. The lobby areas provide a more reliable signal, indicating room for improvement in the hotel’s internet service.
In terms of beds, the general consensus is favorable with many guests finding them very comfortable and praising the variety of pillow options. However, some reviews note issues with older mattresses and worn-out linens, pointing to a need for updates to maintain consistency in comfort.
For families, the hotel offers a satisfactory experience with amenities that cater to parents traveling with children. While not entirely family-focused, the presence of conveniences like a microwave and food ordering services makes it a reasonable choice for family stays.
As a three-star hotel, Infinito Hotel provides decent value for money, suitable for short visits. The facilities and services generally align with expectations for its rating, though some aspects like noise and room space could benefit from improvement. Despite these minor issues, the kind staff and exceptional location make it a commendable choice for a stay in Buenos Aires.
