Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category

Hotel Ristorante I Castelli offers a spacious parking lot that guests have found very convenient, highlighting one of its practical strengths. However, when it comes to meeting the expectations of a 4-star hotel, some guests have noted that improvements in quality, particularly in materials and furnishings, are needed. The restaurant experience seems to have room for improvement, with the atmosphere likened to a cafeteria and service that did not meet the standards expected at this level. Specific issues such as the pouring of wine from a buffet rather than directly from the bottle, and the impersonal feel of the bar area with uninviting colorful garden chairs, contribute to this perception. Additionally, noise disturbances, possibly from a nearby disco, have affected some guests' experiences negatively. Guests noted that without these deficiencies, they might have rated the hotel more favorably. While the night bar service was appreciated for providing convenience, overall, the facilities and services appear to fall short of what is typically expected from a 4-star establishment.
