The hotel Sonnen Residence appears to offer a pool, but the guest reviews consistently indicate several issues. The main concern is that the pool water is often too cold, making it less usable, especially in cooler seasons. Guests have also reported that the pool area, along with the garden and sauna, seemed neglected with some mentioning it was not clean and had an unpleasant odor. There were also instances where the pool was under renovation or partially filled, rendering it unusable at times. Despite these drawbacks, the facility does feature an indoor pool and a heated jacuzzi. The residence itself is described as superb and convenient for hiking in Bolzano, complemented by beautiful morning views from the balcony. However, the overall setup of the apartment was noted by some to be unwelcoming and the minimum kitchen equipment left a bit to be desired.
