Guests at the Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis South by IHG have shared mixed experiences with the hotel's pool facilities. Many families noted that kids particularly loved the pool, providing them with plenty of enjoyment during their stay. Positive remarks highlight that the pool and hot tub areas are largely well-maintained, providing a clean and relaxing environment. The good temperature of the pool added to its appeal for many guests looking to unwind.
However, there were some criticisms about the pool being occasionally closed due to maintenance issues, such as waiting for parts for the heater and pump. A few reviews mentioned that the water was sometimes cloudy, and there was a shortage of towels for pool use. Occasional reports of a heavy chlorine smell and instances of dirtiness were noted, including a concerning smell that was described as unpleasant by some. Despite these issues, the pool area was frequently praised for its cleanliness and ease of access. Overall, the pool remains a popular feature of the hotel, drawing positive attention from guests, especially families.

If you're looking for a refreshing dip during your stay at the Hyatt Place Indianapolis Airport, you won't be disappointed. The hotel boasts a beautiful outdoor pool that guests absolutely loved. With great hours from 6am to 10pm, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy the peaceful and quiet pool area. Reviewers raved about the cleanliness of the pool, so you can rest easy knowing it's well maintained. Although some guests wished there were life jackets available, overall, the pool received high marks. Just keep in mind that the outdoor pool area may be dimly lit at night. Unfortunately, there were a few reviewers who were disappointed to find the pool closed during their visit. Additionally, a few guests noted that the pool was smaller than expected and not as clean as they would have liked. But don't let that deter you from taking a dip in this lovely pool area.
