Overall, Boyne Mountain Resort provides a satisfactory option for a weekend getaway with its pleasant facilities and services. Although there were some negative experiences, many guests had a positive stay and enjoyed the hotel's amenities. While the room cleanliness and food quality were average, some guests were disappointed with the quoted price being increased upon arrival. Despite this, many guests declared their stay the best Christmas ever. However, the credit card machines being down for all three days was unacceptable for some in the midst of the pandemic. Although some guests felt the rooms were small and not worth the price, most found their experience at Boyne Mountain Resort enjoyable.
