Maison Cly receives mixed feedback regarding its four-star rating, with some guests expressing that it falls short of the expected standards for such a classification. There is some criticism centered around the basic and somewhat underwhelming room furnishings, which do not align with the upscale ambiance typically associated with a four-star establishment. Guests noted that the overall service quality and professionalism also require enhancement to meet their expectations.
Essential services, often anticipated at this level, such as discounted cable car prices, luggage services, and parking discounts, were notably absent, contributing to the perception that the hotel does not fully justify its four-star status. Despite these critiques, the hotel embraces a modern mountain style in its decor, which is appreciated by some visitors as fitting for a 4-star experience. However, areas such as room cleanliness are highlighted as needing improvement to align with four-star expectations.
