The staff is courteous and accommodating and massages come highly recommended. The spa does require an additional fee, which some guests find a bit high, but it is well worth the cost. However, there were some complaints about having to pay extra for spa access and restricted spa hours. Overall, the Romantik Hotel Schwanefeld & Spa's wellness facilities are sublimely beautiful and offer a tranquil retreat ideal for those seeking an extensive spa treatment.
Hotel Meerane's spa has received glowing reviews from guests. The wellness area offers a hydro bath and sauna with an altrömischen design. Guests were pleased with the variety of wellness treatments offered, which are moderately priced. The saunalandschaft was described as beautiful and not too crowded. An added bonus was that staff were always available in the spa area. Though some guests were unable to fully explore the facilities due to time constraints, they still commented on the cleanliness and modernity of the spa. Unfortunately, some guests noted that the spa was only open from Thursday to Sunday, while others were disappointed that extra services listed in the brochure couldn't be provided during their stay. There was also an extra charge of €8 per day for spa use. However, the beautiful design of the saunas and Atriumbereich made up for these shortcomings. Some guests suggested adjusting the temperature of the Biosauna to 60-65 degrees Celsius. Despite a few minor setbacks, the spa at Hotel Meerane is highly recommended and a must-visit during any stay.
