Hotel San Marino's pool receives generally positive feedback from guests, often highlighted for its pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the clean state of the pool and the beautiful lake views it offers, making it an excellent spot to relax after a day of activities or driving. Children particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the pool, which added to the overall family-friendly appeal of the hotel.
However, there are notable issues that could enhance the experience if addressed. Several reviews indicate that the pool area is in need of maintenance with outdated equipment and loose tiles. Instances of murky water and algae have been reported, suggesting a need for more consistent cleaning. Despite these maintenance concerns, many guests still found the pool to be a significant asset, praising its pleasant, albeit slightly tight, surrounding areas and small garden sitting spaces.
Overall, while the pool at Hotel San Marino is a valued feature with a picturesque setting, there are clear opportunities for improvement in cleanliness and upkeep to ensure a consistent high standard for all guests.
