Guests particularly appreciate the airy, spacious rooms that come equipped with functional amenities like microwaves and fridges, enhancing a home-like feel. The well-maintained facilities and high-quality housekeeping further elevate the guest experience.
Breakfast at Classe Apart Hotel receives high marks for its variety and quality with offerings such as tasty cakes, fruits and savory snacks frequently highlighted. Although some guests have pointed out a need for more diversity and fresher options at times, the overall sentiment remains positive, especially for the availability of hot chocolate and coffee machines. The hotel's cleanliness is repeatedly praised with spotless rooms, clean linens and well-kept communal areas including the pool. The attentive and professional staff also enhance the guest experience significantly, consistently described as polite, helpful and friendly. Specific employees like Jacy, Gil, Maria and Tiago receive individual commendations for their exceptional service.
However, some areas show room for improvement. The Wi-Fi service is noted for its inconsistency with some guests experiencing excellent connectivity and others encountering instability. The pool at Unico Apart Hotel has left mixed impressions among guests. Positively, many have praised it as very nice, great and beautiful, particularly noting the rooftop setting as a highlight. The combination of pool and gym facilities has been described as excellent, adding value to the overall guest experience. However, there have been recurring complaints about the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool. Several guests reported the pool being dirty or the water appearing cloudy. There were instances of the pool being closed or under maintenance, which caused inconvenience to visitors. On weekends, the pool was noted to be non-operational by some guests. Issues like a broken pool shower and non-cooling freezer further detracted from the pool's appeal. Despite these drawbacks, the well-praised aspects hint at the potential for an enjoyable pool experience if maintenance issues are addressed.
