The Dorint Resort & Spa Locarno-Riazzino offers a modern and well-maintained pool area, often highlighted for its appealing design and cleanliness. The spacious sunbathing area with numerous loungers enhances the relaxing atmosphere, providing a perfect spot for leisure. Guests appreciate the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and accompanying facilities like a jacuzzi, especially noting the pool's charm and inviting appearance. The breakfast buffet, available until 11 a.m., complements the tranquil pool experience. However, some mention of the pool closure and the outdoor hot tub's cooler temperature suggest occasional limitations in the amenities. Overall, the pool area is a significant attraction, promising a pleasant retreat, particularly during the warmer months.

The Tertianum Residenza Al Lido - Appartements & Restaurant offers a great swimming experience with a heated indoor pool, suitable for families, couples and singles. Guests loved the fantastic indoor pool and spa with some mentioning how their children adored it. While some found the pool temperature too high, others praised the pool's excellent facilities and the gym. Despite having limited access due to physiotherapy courses, guests enjoyed the free use of the pool. However, they expressed a wish for outdoor sun loungers to relax after swimming. The only downside was the location, which some guests felt was a bit farther than they preferred. Overall, the staff was accommodating to most guests' requests and the swimming pool was a significant plus of the hotel.
