Trevella Holiday Park offers a range of amenities for families, including a swimming pool that has been positively noted for being kid-friendly. Guests have appreciated the pool as a welcoming feature when it was open, enjoying the opportunity for children to have a splash and fun time. The arcade nearby also adds to the entertainment options, particularly favored by young visitors.
While the pool is a pleasant addition, guests have experienced some challenges regarding its availability. There have been instances where the pool was closed due to maintenance issues or staffing shortages, which had impacted visitors' plans. For those looking to swim lengths, the depth and restricted opening times could be limiting factors. The reservation system further indicates the pool's popularity, occasionally making it difficult to secure a spot during busy days.
Overall, when available, the swimming pool adds great value to the holiday experience at Trevella Holiday Park, especially for families with children. However, potential guests might wish to check on pool access and schedules before planning their stay to ensure that this facility can be part of their vacation itinerary.

The Pickwick Inn & Oliver's Restaurant provides guests with an outdoor swimming pool that garners mixed reviews. Positive remarks highlight that the pool is lovely, bright, clean and pairs well with the hotel's excellent food offerings. Visitors imagine the pool would be an enjoyable feature during the summer months.
However, several reviews mention that the pool area needs maintenance and care. Issues like weeds, a broken pool ladder and overall tired appearance are noted. Though the pool isn't heated, which can make swimming uncomfortable, especially in cooler months, some guests took this in stride, expecting a cold experience. There were also concerns about limited pool accessibility with some guests unable to use the pool due to restricted access. Overall, while the pool has potential, addressing its upkeep could enhance the overall guest experience.
