The Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown/Rookwood is a great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive and the location is convenient for local eateries and shops. The on-site cafe is a great option for breakfast, although it isn't included. The cleanliness is superb and while some guests noted issues with noisy rooms or an uncomfortable shower, overall, the accommodations were good. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order during some stays, which disappointed guests traveling with children. The hotel's elevators had a bad odor, but otherwise, the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. While the parking options were limited, this hotel is still a great choice due to its facilities, services, cleanliness and comfortable accommodations.

The Wingate by Wyndham Erlanger - Florence - Cincinnati South features an indoor pool that guests frequently appreciate for its cleanliness and maintenance. While some found the temperature of the pool to be ideal, the majority of reviews highlight issues with the water being too cold, detracting from the overall experience. Despite the temperature concerns, the pool remains a popular amenity, providing enjoyment to families, particularly among children and grandparents who loved spending time there. The pool area has been described as fun and a nice space to relax, contributing positively to the hotel's atmosphere. However, repeated mentions of the pool being closed for chemical treatments or appearing dark suggest occasional maintenance or lighting challenges. Even so, the proximity to the highway and the inclusion of the pool as part of a convenient stopover remain attractive features for travelers seeking both leisure and accessibility.
