Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Guests had mixed opinions on the pool facilities at Lanelay Hall Hotel & Spa. While some found the pool layout and design lovely, others described the indoor temperature as freezing and the environment as awkward. The hotel advertises two pools, but the indoor pool is shallow and the outdoor pool is only available to spa guests or at restricted hours. However, those who were able to use the pool found it marvellous with some describing it as the highlight of their stay. The pool area was generally beautiful, clean and relaxing, except for restricted or unsociable hours and limited availability slots, but the spa facilities were a treat for guests. Despite the issues, the outdoor pool made up for it for some and the pools and sauna facilities were stunning.
